Goals

The ESCXEL Project is grounded on three guiding principles: a commitment to continuous improvement, a dynamic analysis of educational indicators over time, and benchmarking against shared national standards.

Its main objectives are to empower schools and local communities in achieving educational excellence; support municipalities in developing strategic education plans; promote and monitor best practices; strengthen self-evaluation processes; and contribute to scientific research in education.
These goals are implemented through four main action areas:

(1) Evaluation Models (internal and external),
(2) Strategic Development (at school and municipal levels),
(3) Educational Innovation, and
(4) Scientific Research and Knowledge Production.
